I support young mothers after their baby arrives

Mission description

Offer young mothers presence and moral support during the challenging postpartum period. Volunteers are needed throughout the Landes department. The mission involves home visits to each new mother in your volunteer area. You participate in support gatherings organized according to your availability with no mandatory participation requirements. Our volunteers report high satisfaction, social connection, diverse encounters, and meaningful exchanges. Tasks include tea or coffee conversations, helping with laundry, watching the baby during a shower, and accompanying mothers to appointments.
