With strong interpersonal skills and good knowledge of social services and vulnerable populations, you will help develop volunteering and strengthen local teams. Working with territorial coordinators, you will be responsible for: Presenting Secours Catholique's missions • Developing volunteer recruitment • Conducting interviews with prospective volunteers • Facilitating integration, support, and onboarding of new volunteers in teams • Updating the volunteer database
