The volunteer directly contributes to La Lanterne de l'Espoir's programs with young people. They help create a caring, safe, and non-judgmental space where everyone can be listened to, guided, and supported. Participate in the association's intervention and awareness activities, welcome young people with kindness, listen and provide initial moral support within the framework, identify situations requiring referral to professionals, and help with activities and workshops.
