The LAEP is a welcoming space that freely welcomes young children under six accompanied by their parents or a trusted adult. It provides free play for children and a space for parents to connect. Trained volunteers create a supportive environment and foster exchanges between adults, helping to prevent isolation among families that may be geographically, intergenerational, or culturally isolated.
