Mentoring is a voluntary, medium to long-term relationship (at least six months) between a young person and a mentor, supported by a professional structure. It focuses on academic support, guidance, and professional integration. This helps young people build confidence, autonomy, and personal fulfillment. Training is provided in mentoring skills, career guidance, and orientation.
