I transform unsold vegetables into soups for people in difficulty

Mission description

Participate in our food transformation workshop that transforms unsold or surplus agricultural vegetables into soup for people facing social or economic hardship and for solidarity-based grocery stores. This work combats food waste while promoting solidarity and product value. You'll sort, wash, cut, and peel vegetables, assist in soup preparation and cooking, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards alongside other volunteers and association staff.
