The mission involves supporting tenants with housing maintenance and keeping SNL's housing stock in good condition: perform small maintenance work while involving the tenant, relay incidents requiring professional intervention to staff, raise tenants' awareness about proper housing use and energy savings and join them in association workshops, organize housing restoration with other group volunteers after tenants leave, conduct move-in inspections with tenants, and participate in the Local Solidarity Group meeting volunteers and tenants.
