Capital FillesMission description
Facilitate group awareness workshops on gender stereotypes and occupational diversity in high schools. You'll lead workshops for 2nd and final year students in partner schools (2 hours per session), delivering 2-3 workshops per year. You'll also mobilize a network of female mentors around cafés and meetings to share best practices. Training in animation methods will be provided. The commitment begins in September.
