Mission description

A team of employees and volunteers ensures the coordination and logistics of events throughout our association's activities. Do you want to help us? Join us! Your tasks: event logistical preparation (inaugurations, general assemblies, meetings, entertainment evenings), site surveys and material planning, equipment rental, organization and orders, material setup (sound and video, signage), food and beverage setup, catering, and post-event service and cleanup. Administrative management: managing participant lists for various events and more.
