I moderate and host the esports association's Discord community.

Mission description

As a Discord host, you'll play a key role in animating and moderating the association's Discord. Your tasks include: welcoming new members and directing them to appropriate channels; daily engagement by launching discussion topics, answering questions, and participating in written and voice conversations; organizing at least one event or activity per month (themed evenings, movie nights, watch parties); basic moderation to ensure the code of conduct is respected, prevent conflicts, and maintain a safe and welcoming space; and liaising with the association to ensure internal information circulates properly.
