Mission description

You are retired or pre-retired. I accompany job seekers in writing their CV and cover letter and conduct mock job interviews to train them for oral presentations. Reviewing a CV and conducting a mock interview verify the consistency of the candidate's background while assessing their competencies in practice, offering better recruitment reliability. EGEE (Generations Together) is a national association of senior volunteers serving education, employment, and enterprise with 1,500 volunteers intervening in schools through work discovery workshops, student mentoring, and job seeker sponsorship.
