Caritas's mission is to develop acts of fraternity so that the poorest regain their place and capacity to act in our society. La Pause Solid'Erdre opened in 2021 in Bonnoeuvre (44540 Vallons de l'Erdre) in the former school building. It is a solidarity hub, a place of meetings, conviviality, and shared activities; an intergenerational and intercultural mutual aid space open to all. The cooking workshop runs in partnership with Les Restos du Cœur, who provide a food basket from which a menu will be prepared.
