Promote autonomy and development of the person you support by setting evolving goals adapted to their specific needs. Volunteers can make home visits to create connection and reduce isolation, organize events (courtesy visits, social gatherings, outings, performances). Working closely with people, volunteers can help assess needs and develop care plans, then ensure follow-up support.
