La Cravate Solidaire travels in a mobile truck to reach job seekers and those in training. Volunteers are central to our support model, facilitating Boost Workshops in four stages: warm welcome over a hot drink; image coaching to find the ideal professional outfit; mock interviews to prepare for recruiters; and professional photos for CVs and professional networks. Your role is central—thanks to your action, candidates leave energized and ready to succeed.
