Mentoring toward and in employment facilitates job access for people in professional reintegration! For a maximum of 6 months, a volunteer mentor individually supports a candidate through their trial period. The mentee benefits from personalized support in their job search adapted to their needs and professional goals. Individual and personalized support toward and in employment. Each mentee is supported in their job search by a volunteer professional in recruitment—someone with expertise gained through professional experience. Mentor/mentee pairs are established based on compatibility.
