I support reading programs in prison at Mauzac

Mission description

At the intersection of culture, education, and social reintegration, Lire pour en Sortir has developed since July 2014 actions promoting the reintegration of incarcerated people through reading, including personalized reading support and author meetings to encourage book and reading discovery. We need you! Many inmates are registering for our reading program. We're looking for volunteers to support them in their reading and in writing their reading reports at the Mauzac detention center. Your mission is to support willing inmates in choosing books appropriate to their interests and reading level, accompany them in their reading journey, and help them develop their skills and passion for books.
