I support people in precarious situations in furnishing their homes
Association EspoirMission description
The Solidarity Equipment Bank is a program created in 2012 by Emmaüs Défi and run by Espoir association in Toulouse. In our solidarity shops, we welcome people accessing permanent housing for the first time after living on the street or in temporary shelter. To help people quickly settle their home, we advise and sell new equipment at very low prices, from responsible reuse of unsold corporate items (furniture, household equipment, bedding). The goal is to fight material poverty by helping people in precarious situations quickly make their new home a true home. We need volunteers available at least a half day per week.
