We run vegetarian meal preparation workshops using fresh, local, organic vegetables every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am in the teaching kitchen at Victor Hugo market. Everyone eats together, with sessions ending around 2:30pm. Come whenever you're available—we have plenty of work throughout.
