Mission description

SOS Suicide Phénix is a national suicide prevention association operating in 6 cities: Nice, Bordeaux, Paris, Clermont-Ferrand, Le Havre, and Lyon. Our volunteers provide active, compassionate, anonymous, and free listening to people experiencing psychological suffering, distress, isolation, or suicidal thoughts. The association works through listening, support, prevention, and awareness with people in distress, their families, and the general public. We offer: a national anonymous helpline open daily 1pm-11pm and a messaging service for people to reach out when needed.
