FEDERATION SOS SUICIDE PHENIX FRANCE

SOS Suicide Phénix is a suicide prevention association. Our volunteers provide active, compassionate, anonymous and free listening support to people experiencing psychological distress, in crisis situations, isolated or having suicidal thoughts. The association works through listening, support, prevention and awareness-raising for people in psychological distress, their loved ones and the general public. We provide: - a national telephone helpline, anonymous, open every day from 1pm to 11pm, - a messaging service allowing people to contact us when they feel the need. The association has 6 branches: Bordeaux, Lyon, Paris, Nice, Clermont-Ferrand and Le Havre. Our volunteers are welcomed with compassion, trained in active listening and supported throughout their volunteer commitment.
