Mission description

Provide mentoring—a voluntary interpersonal relationship over at least six months—between you and a middle school student through ORIZORA. Support their orientation decisions to build confidence, autonomy and personal fulfillment. Receive mentor training: two 2-hour sessions on mentor skills, one hour on projects and self-assessment, one hour on orientation, plus ten self-training modules. Join a mentor community in your region.
