Provide mentoring—a volunteer, medium-long-term interpersonal relationship (at least six months) with a young person—through ORIZORA association. Focus on guidance support to build the mentee's confidence, autonomy, and personal development. Benefit from mentor training: 4 hours on mentor skills via video, 1 hour on career pathways and self-portrait, 1 hour on guidance, plus 10 self-taught modules. Join a community of mentors.
