Support the instructor during adapted karate sessions for women survivors of violence. Help prepare and tidy the room, welcome participants, distribute uniforms, and actively observe. Minimum 4-month commitment at one to two afternoons per month. No karate experience needed, but a preliminary phone interview is required.
