UP for HumannessMission description
Using your laptop, Canva knowledge, HR expertise, and kindness, you support an UP Employment program participant during a CV workshop. The goal is simple: end the session with a well-developed CV on Canva, editable and appealing to your partner. UP Employment programs (Déclic, Envol, Renforcé, Bonus) are personalized guidance for 12 participants per group, with technical workshops directly related to job seeking and art workshops to rebuild confidence in themselves and the group. Depending on modules, company immersion and mentorship periods are also offered. The CV redesign mission is part of this comprehensive support.
