Mission description

With your interest, aptitude for HR, recruitment skills and kindness, you coach an UP Emploi participant during a mock interview workshop. The goal is simple: coach a beneficiary before a mock interview simulation and/or play the recruiter and conduct the interview with the beneficiary. Give meaning to your skills by directly helping someone far from employment get back on track! UP Emploi programs (Déclic, Envol, Renforcé, Bonus) are personalized support programs for 10 participants per group, with technical workshops directly related to job searching and artistic workshops aimed at rebuilding confidence in oneself and the future.
