I energize and support internal cohesion at a horse sanctuary

Mission description

The Epona Refuge welcomes horses, donkeys and ponies to rehabilitate them for new families. We need people to help promote volunteering and strengthen cohesion among volunteers. Possible tasks include effectively integrating new volunteers to retain them, organizing team cohesion days to maintain good social bonds, and imagining activities for sponsors and mentors.
