I welcome and guide people during in-person and/or phone availability

Mission description

Set up a welcoming and secure space for LGBTQIA+ people, those questioning their identity, their loved ones and parents seeking listening, information or guidance. Volunteers contribute by welcoming people at in-person or phone availability sessions, listening without judgment and creating initial trust, directing toward appropriate resources including specialized associations and medical, social, psychological or legal structures, helping organize availability slots and request follow-up, and participating in creating simple tools like address books, resource sheets and helpful contacts.
