I provide literacy classes in a housing center, helping migrants, newcomers, and foreign nationals improve their French through discussion, cultural exchange, alphabet recognition, and reading and writing basics. Expected qualities: patience, pedagogical skill, consistency, tolerance, respect, encouragement, understanding of learners' realities including delays and childcare, team communication, and confidentiality. Through this support, participants gain confidence and move closer to integration.
