Mentoring for employment facilitates job access for people in professional reintegration. For up to 6 months, a volunteer mentor individually supports a candidate through their trial period. The mentee receives tailored support in their job search, adapted to their needs and professional goals. Each mentee is supported by a volunteer professional with recruitment expertise. Mentor-mentee pairs are matched based on compatibility.
