KodikoMission description
We're looking for volunteers to accompany a refugee and help them understand the French job market and become independent in job searching. Kodiko has supported over 400 people in finding their place in France since 2017. Mentors commit to 2 hours per month (two exchanges) focusing on: transmitting professional and social codes; highlighting the participant's background and skills through experience; and opening your network to facilitate employment opportunities.
