From a mobile truck, Solidarity Tie reaches job and training seekers. Volunteers are central to our support program, facilitating Confidence-Boosting Workshops in four steps: warm welcome with a hot drink, image coaching to find ideal professional attire, interview simulation to prepare for recruiters, and a professional photo for CV and networks. Your role is central—candidates leave reenergized and ready for interviews.
