I help users with administrative tasks as a public writer volunteer

Mission description

We're looking for volunteers to staff public writer reception hours at the Maison des Possibles with flexible scheduling. Help with administrative procedures (complaints, document completion, letter writing), create and maintain a resource guide on access to rights, and present the Ressourcerie des Batignolles and Maison des Possibles. Ideal candidates are comfortable with others, have strong writing skills, and are familiar with digital tools.
