I become a mentor to a young girl in her path toward STEM careers

Mission description

The objective is to support, guide, and inspire young girls and female students in their path toward STEM careers (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). As a mentor, you break gender stereotypes, build your mentees' confidence, and help them construct their professional plans using your own experience. This mission directly benefits young girls and female students in the STEM4ALL ecosystem (high school students, university students) from diverse backgrounds seeking their path or wanting to advance their careers in technology and science. Role and tasks of the mentor: Regular exchanges: Lead.
