The mission involves: accompanying 4 job seekers in pairs to prepare for upcoming recruitment interviews through mock interviews over a half-day, with each person getting 45 minutes with 2 HR coaches, on your chosen day. This support is offered through a Coaching Boost workshop, the core of La Cravate Solidaire Bordeaux's work. Coaching Boost combines image coaching, HR coaching, and professional photos for the CV! Getting involved means wanting to participate in a social project and help vulnerable people access employment.
