La Cravate Solidaire Bordeaux

The mission of La Cravate Solidaire Bordeaux is to combat discrimination and social injustice, particularly in the context of occupational integration, by facilitating access to employment for people in professional insertion or reinsertion. La Cravate Solidaire Bordeaux is an association that operates at the end of the integration chain and prepares a wide audience—predominantly people far removed from the job market—for recruitment interviews. It offers in-person support at its location in Bordeaux Lac through its primary program: the Coup de Pouce Workshop. During these workshops, our "candidates" actively seeking employment and mostly referred by integration organizations will: choose professional attire that will be provided to them with support from a volunteer image coach; develop their interview approach and master interview protocols based on advice from volunteer experts in HR matters; refine their professional image through a professional photograph; regain or build their confidence through positive reinforcement and the supportive atmosphere fostered during the workshop.
