As a volunteer and member of Coop des Dômes, you participate in store life: welcoming members, providing a warm atmosphere, stocking shelves, managing the till, cleaning, and various inventory tasks. You can also participate in different working groups that manage supplies, store layout, and the cooperative's democratic life. The Coop des Dômes operates on a participative and cooperative model where the economy and functioning depend on each member's involvement. Volunteers contribute 3 hours per month alongside fellow members with an experienced member present.
