Coop des Dômes is a food store managed by its members. The Coop is committed to promoting healthy, quality food that is accessible to as many people as possible, while supporting the development of local agriculture that respects the environment and producers. We are the only cooperative and participatory food store in the Clermont metropolitan area. To change everyone's diet and eat better, we choose a collective response. Resources are limited. Their distribution is a political question of justice and equality. Solutions to ecological problems must be thought through collectively. To eat better and reduce the environmental impact of our food, we are also attentive to political issues: land management, food accessibility, food insecurity, food sovereignty, rural poverty, etc. The Coop uses and strongly recommends our local currency: the Doume.
