Become a justice mediator and actively participate in amicable conflict resolution between individuals, neighbors, landlord/tenant, customer/merchant, etc., within a framework structured by the Ministry of Justice, with local mentoring and dedicated training from the national judiciary school. With some experience and training, 7 out of 10 disputes are resolved when parties meet (national statistics), making the mediator's role quickly meaningful with systematic thanks and obvious social value. A mediator typically organizes meetings between parties in town halls or France services centers, helping them find compromises to avoid litigation.
