Facilitate collective awareness workshops on gender stereotypes and occupational diversity in partner high schools. Lead 2-hour workshops with 10th and 12th graders (2-3 workshops yearly). Build the network of academy mentors around coffee meetings and exchanges. Training on workshop content provided. Commitment begins in September.
