Do you want to invest in the heart of an Escale Solidaire? We're looking for a volunteer coordinator. This is not a management or supervisory role, but a support mission based on mutual aid and team facilitation—you'll be a trusted relay. Your mission includes: facilitating exchange and cohesion by fostering dialogue between volunteers, staff, residents and visitors, and organizing friendly moments to strengthen the team; supporting volunteers in their engagement by welcoming them and facilitating their involvement.
