I help coordinate pairs (volunteers and visually impaired people)

Mission description

Strengthen the welcome team (currently 6 people) on Tuesday mornings (9:00 AM-12:00 PM) and Thursday afternoons (2:00 PM-5:00 PM), outside school holidays. Work in pairs on several tasks: track members (150 visually impaired, 105 volunteers), ensure volunteer-companion pairs function well, answer phones, manage emails; welcome new volunteers and match them with visually impaired people; welcome new visually impaired clients and understand their needs; organize group outings and events.
