Mission description

Oteci, an association of volunteer seniors, supports young people in their search for a first job or internship. With 250 members across several regions in France, we are looking for someone to join the administrative and accounting team. Team atmosphere: 3 convivial people with a positive mindset. Your missions: manage members (memberships, registration, fee tracking, expense management), invoicing and payment monitoring, data entry in national software, reporting and account analysis (bank reconciliation), and constructive input within the team.
