OTECI's volunteer senior experts contribute to intergenerational solidarity. In the field of Education, OTECI wishes to participate in bringing together Schools/Universities/Businesses. Accordingly, through partnerships with universities or schools, OTECI's senior experts lead workshops and implement mentoring programs to support students throughout their professional integration journey. For Businesses, SMEs, and Start-Ups, OTECI volunteers bring their experience and expertise to advise managers and their teams: whether in treasury management, human resources, negotiation, communication, and many other fields.
