Mission description

Help reduce the digital divide and support people in adopting digital technologies (devices, applications, tools, etc.). In Lyon, we're looking for volunteers to welcome our beneficiaries and manage our solidarity counter. You can also conduct registration appointments for new members. This involves planning upcoming activities, managing the sale of phone credits and equipment, and providing assistance when needed. The registration appointment is the starting point for every Emmaüs Connect beneficiary, conducted as an individualized 30 minutes to 1 hour session.
