Mission description

In Lyon, we seek volunteers to welcome beneficiaries and staff our solidarity counter, and handle beneficiary registration appointments. You'll help plan upcoming activities, manage phone credit and material sales, and provide assistance to visitors as needed. Registration appointments are the starting point for all Emmaüs Connect beneficiaries—a 30-minute to 1-hour individualized meeting assessing the person's social and digital situation to orient their pathway with us.
