I lead adapted sports activities for residents in transitional housing

Mission description

Support residents in gentle, inclusive physical activities. Your missions include: leading soft exercise and muscle-activation sessions adapted to residents; helping residents use available equipment (rowing machine, exercise bike, dumbbells); and organizing and supervising outdoor activities and sports initiations. Your presence improves resident wellbeing and health. Our family home in Lissieu welcomes 22 people in vulnerable situations. We offer group times to combat isolation and currently run a weekly walk, and want to expand our sports offerings.
