Mission description

This mentoring role involves a voluntary, medium-to-long-term relationship (at least six months) between you and a young student through the ORIZORA association. The focus is on guidance and career support. You will mentor a student in a professional, technological, or general track. Mentoring builds their confidence, autonomy, and personal fulfillment. You will receive mentor training including sessions on mentoring skills, career guidance, and professional development.
