I mentor young students from Lycée Jules Verne in Mondeville-Caen in their career choices and personal/professional development

Mission description

Mentoring is an interpersonal, voluntary relationship lasting at least six months between a young person and a mentor through ORIZORA association. Goals focus on career guidance and professional integration. You'll mentor a vocational student, fostering their confidence, autonomy, and personal growth. Training provided: 2x2-hour sessions on mentoring approach, 1 hour on career pathways and self-portrait reading, 1 hour on career guidance, plus 10 self-paced training modules.
