Mission description

First aid is about being ready to act when every minute counts. In Haute-Vienne, French Red Cross first aid responders are committed to ensuring safety at sporting, cultural, and community events, and providing emergency assistance. Our trained and supervised responders participate in planned rescue operations, work alongside emergency services, and actively contribute to public protection. No prior experience is necessary—we provide all training (PSC1, PSE1, PSE2) and gradual support in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Getting involved in first aid means developing useful skills, gaining confidence, and having a meaningful experience.
