Mission description

With Flèche, you don't need to be a teacher to help a young person advance. Your listening, perspective, and desire to share can make a difference with middle school students. After training, volunteer based on your availability to conduct initial assessments with students using prepared questionnaires, support the Flèche facilitator during school workshops, or participate in meetings and sharing sessions. The facilitator prepares and guides each session—you're never alone. No specific profile required.
