As a volunteer, you welcome the public and create a friendly environment that reflects the association's community spirit. You support attendees throughout their experience, from arrival to post-concert discussions. Your tasks include: welcoming and guiding visitors with openness and kindness; handling ticketing (including solidarity pricing) and ticket scanning; distributing information materials to encourage artistic discovery; participating in the friendly reception where artists and audiences can interact.
